I’d like to thank the fine team at DCBlogs for choosing my post on how in a city of amazing dining, I just want to go to Popeye’s for its roundup today.
If you’re interested in reading the work of people who are plugged into this place on a ground level, definitely give DCBlogs a read. I’m always finding new favorites.

I lament that when there was a Popeye’s in my town I didn’t like spicy food. And now that I’ve developing a taste for it there are now none near me. I feel your pain
Why do you fail? At least you don’t have to deal with suburban ones in Ohio suburbs that don’t even offer spicy varieties of chicken/strips.nuggets et al.
You know, the fail isn’t for the lack of accessibility. Two locations, but only one of which I pass with regularity when I make Target runs. I’m thinking Saturday is the day. I’m taking myself for Popeye’s.
I’ve noticed something. Each time DC Blogs picks up one of JJB’s fine postings, it’s usually after I have added a post.
::toothy grin::
I’m just sayin.
